Thinking Innovatively

Participant Outcomes: Innovation is the key to organisational sustainability and this program provides Not For Profit staff at all levels with tools and techniques to think more innovatively and become more creative problem solvers. Attending will assist in developing organisation’s that openly welcome, value and reward Innovation. The course will assist people to identify their own individual Social Entrepreneurial and Innovative DNA and how they can apply that more effectively within their own organisation.

Course Outline: Not for Profit organisations and staff who work for them are being increasingly asked to do more with less and become more independent. Additional to this is the request to funded organisations from the funding bodies to become more innovative. Building a work environment which encourages innovation is a necessity in today’s NFP workplace and this half-day workshop encourages staff at all levels to think more innovatively and become more creative problem solvers.

Prior to consulting Ivan held Senior Leadership roles with The School for Social Entrepreneurs, Guardian Youth and Hills Community Care.
Ivan, who holds an MBA, has also recently conducted a major business review for TACSI (The Australian Centre for Social Innovation) and delivered key notes at several NFP Leadership Conferences on the need for Not For Profit organisations to innovate.
